Pros
None - the pay was low, I wasn't taught much about my job, and the existing employees all had issues regarding job security and were not forth coming about how to adequately do the job. Only family and people of the same ethnicity as the ownership seemed to succeed
Cons
Low pay Poor work environment Tenured employees do the bare minimum and do not offer training or help Upper management was very much abrasive and had high standards in spite of the inadequate training The company was also not producing enough business leads to give a sense of long term security; it felt like the business itself was slowly sinking
