Pros

A workplace where you can learn, evolve, explore new practices and finally get paid way too much more than that of current industry standards for doing all these stuffs. Mentors never let you feel work pressure until or unless its a business demand. They keep cheering up their techies by conducting activities on monthly basis.

Hardly found any so far :)

Finoit has been such a great place to enhance your skills. It gives you freedom to explore and learn new technologies. Open culture and no bossism. Various channels to raise your ideas and concerns. Here are a few pros which I have genuinely felt from my heart after serving my life's 5 years in finoit. - Some amazing colleagues - Friendly and supportive boss - Freedom to explore - Flexible timing - Fun activities, Fundoo Friday - Sports to make you stress free (TT Tournament Winner) - My bay is full of lovely people (Miss u guys) - Salary is on time - Great recognition and many more….

The more you get involved, harder it is to pull yourself out of office... :(
