Friendly work environment, Politics free management Nice Appraisal. Work environment is very good. Growing company that can give you ample opportunities. Supportive Management.

Cons

No Medical policy for employee. ( Management should start Medical Policies for employee.) Work Timing is not flexible (Project should be finish on time that should be the main goal.)
