Pros

A good place to learn and work on latest technology projects. Good discussion with tech leads to get the best solution. Seniors are always support you if you show work honestly. Team party, annual party keep the environment chilled.

Cons

High work pressure and you never have to be on bench. A must join company for freshers, you will learn lot in very short period of time.

1. Exposure to different kind of projects leading to great learning curve 2. Multi faceted team 3. Cool and easy environment. Even Saturdays or extra days worked were paid as Overtime

Cons

There are few but moreover related to development and testing team coordination related so won't really blame to company for that.
