Pros

Basically none, very disappointing work environment.

Cons

Toxic environment. All lies upfront. No innovation or creativity. Harassment, bullying and favoritism is what you can expect from working here. Managers will pick and choose who they want to give opportunities to. Pay is not at all equal or fair. Don't work for it.

Pros

- no micromanagement - work life balance - Friendly & supportive staff - Supporting manager - hoildays as per calender. - Everyday is a new day. (no repeative work)

Cons

- long HR process, from applying for the position to getting hired takes a long time. - 5 phases of the interview process, + test during probation which can result in unemployment if not passed. You need to be really good at your job.
