Healthy and supportive environment. Workload balance. Birthday and performance bonuses,

Cons

Company processes are not settled yet, and are changing from time to time, it is more relevant to managment layer i guess. Anyway, it is not a big deal for me, because im a part of a squad that is quite stable.

Supportive management that truly invests in your growth. They took me in with no prior experience and scaled me up quickly. Great training resources and mentorship available. Teamwork and communication are outstanding. Positive and motivating company culture.
