Pros

If you like to travel and drive around

Cons

Its hard work I saw people quit every loop pretty much because the pay is low and the work is back breaking. Management has no clue what's happening on the road I was a ladder tech witch means I was here for like 6 months or more and I was running job sights because the Team leads would quit or give up. They pay you 32 bucks for food while you on the road hard to eat good with 32 bucks in this economy and the starting pay on 19 bucks is cheap af. You will maybe get 40 hours in a week so you cant save very well. Their trailers or vans break every loop

Pros

Hard to say. Maybe the connections you form in a

Cons

On The Road 3-5 weeks but undermanned and horrible setup Don’t get paid unless driving 36 per diem should be 50/75 Hourly is trash for the amount of labor they are trying to squeeze out of you while trying to hit “production “ . You get paid more in concrete and it less extensive. Make you pay 160 for clothes (5 shirts 2 shorts) that cost no more than 40-50 dollars.
