Being part of a FireEye acquisition and a remote worker on top of that was really difficult. We felt really included at first, but through technical issues and lack of communication, soon felt left in the dust and didn't have a channel through which to voice our concerns. They really do try, I think - but like all big companies with miles of bureaucracy to get through, there are shortcomings. Middle management tends to be the issue, with upper management and lower management doing things as best they can.
