The pros where that there was work life balance.

Cons

The company gives more importance to it's technical team so the UX suggestions provided by the design team were often ignored.

Pros

- Good pay - Good work-life balance - Good experience in large complex organizations

Cons

- Recent divestiture from Mandiant and merge with McAfee enterprise - Product direction has been fairly clear for a long time, but execution has been elusive - Leadership has problems realizing where the problems are, so the don't always optimize in the right places to make execution happen. - Product leadership is more engineering and security leadership rather than product leadership, which is the source of a lot of their problems.
