Pros
Nice office space, friendly employees. I felt I have second family. Engineers love to use new technology a lot to learn and advanced your career.
Cons
Male dominant place at the engineering side, less respect to women opinion on technical projects. It was okay for Male employee to say un ethical words at the office and disturb the others. Even when a complain get field to HR. The mangers seems to be ok with such behavior and promote such an employee . If applicant is Male and doesn't care about work ethics, it will be the perfect place to work for.
