Horrible management. They have good workers but there is no hint of strategy in this place. Relaxed environment came at a cost of lack of accountability.

1. Network engineering is headed by a spineless idiot who knows nothing. 2. There is too much ego clash among managers in the company. Everyone is busy pushing their own stuff instead of looking out for the greater good. 3. No clear path forward for employees to grow. Promotion is arbitrary and usually used as a pacifying measure. 4. Way too many bad hires made in the past few years in the name of growth. 5. Pay well below market rates. 6. Lack of vision from upper management and product managers.
