Pros

FireEye employees just ooze strong work ethic; it proves the employees strive for excellence! You can smell the energy in the air. This company is going places!

Cons

The only downsides I could find were: Long hours, but that comes with the territory. Food is free, but it's really heavy and unhealthy. We make suggestions, but they seem to go unnoticed. "Can't please everyone" is their response, but they don't try to please the majority on most days.

Dealing with the No. 1 security problems facing so many CISO and enterprises. Product in huge demand, Superior technical differentiation.

Cons

Growing quickly. Competition is catching up with similar story. More process are needed to comply with IPO regulations. Too many new faces and do not realize the organization structure.

Amazing technology. Work with top-tier peers, with broad experience. Opportunities to grow, and fast! Dave DeWalt and the executive team have an amazing track record. That instills confidence. The amazing growth is demand-generated. We're truly making a difference in the battle against Advanced Threats.

Cons

Growing pains. In almost every role you must be independently motivated. If you're used to the sluggish pace of larger security brands, or like to be dictated daily tasks, this may not be the right fit.
