In a period of a year only 1 engineer stayed and about 5 had left in my department (regardless of the stock options they hold). Some weeks we worked over 80 hours because incompetent Mgr. with dictator style top down approach to management didn't value our technical competence and focused on self preservation and being around long enough to cashout their stocks. I was sent to HR for fabricated performance reasons at the same period I was getting awarded for work I did.

Misrepresented alcohol policy. Easy interview process leads to many incompetent technical account managers. senior director through managers are impossible.
