Pros

Growing company, pay is good, stock has upside. People are very supportive and bright. Like someone said you can network for the rest of your career. Exciting technology, keeps your skills up to date. Free food and snacks

Cons

No 401k match currently, hopefully that will change. Open cubes mean less privacy

Pros

Fast growing, great compensation, flexible. The team is very positive and very willing to help with anything that will help benefit the company.

Cons

Still new, not sure quite where the road will take them. Goals are still shaky and would like more information from up top. But that is expected with new up and coming companies.

Pros

HUGE growth which means lots of potential to move up. Pay is good, stock isn't what it used to be but this is a job where you can network for the rest of your career!

Cons

Institutional inconsistencies mean promotion processes aren't consistent and can be infuriating. Silicon Valley mentality of "work comes first" and hard to justify normal hours (ie check your email at 10pm before going to bed or you'll answer in the morning)
