Business Outlook
Pros
Mandiant was a fairly low stress environment with a good work/life balance. There were a lot of great engineers and the compensation was good.
Cons
Upper management seemed to just be focused selling and had no real roadmap of where they wanted the company to go. If the Google acquisition of Mandiant goes through, they need to take a hard look at most of the management and tech debt that wasn't being addressed.
