Management, morale. Touts “unlimited PTO” as a perk but you can never use it. Employee insurance is paid by company but it covers nothing. Everything must meet deductible before insurance will pay a dime. Pays a bonus to people to come up with an AI solution to make your job less human then lets you go.

I was let go one day after Christmas after giving notice that I was leaving and was not paid through my notice period. Just days after I was let go, the company laid off ~10 people. I found my entire exit process to be extremely cold and unprofessional. I think it is important for potential employees to know they could be punished for giving noticed and let go.
