If you like to wear multiple hats, work independently, and maximize your visibility/impact on progress, then this is the place for you. All great people with a great variety of experience and viewpoints. My favorite thing so far is that if you feel strongly that a certain change/expense will benefit the company's progress/goal, and you make your case well, you'll get support. Management open with company progress/status which is awesome to have. You'll work long hours, but that's only a negative if you don't love this. If you have family obligations, don't worry, there is an emphasis on family-first, but be ready to work during crunch time.
