Pros

I would say the only pro of working for this company was independent relationships I made with clients.

Cons

Aggressive hire ups that don't take your educational opinions into consideration. Staff made me feel badly for the clients we served when heard talking about them. Low pay

Cons

takes advantage of staff, poor salary, dramatic work environment, admin staff don't care about you and make that clear, pizza partys and park days aren't enough incentive
