Pros
Firefly gives you all the tools you need to succeed. They are the most likely to hire you first and see how you perform instead of throwing you out because your resume is a little light on experience. Employees know what they need to do to advance, and if you have a goal within the company, your leads and manager will help you reach it. When I started, I knew very little about programming in C or embedded systems, and near the end of my career with them, I was a skilled programmer and trained others. I cannot speak for the other departments, but in multiplex, if you work hard, follow the company's standards, and fix bugs very carefully, you will be very successful.
Cons
Pay is fair but not competitive for the industry, which may change as the company grows.
