Pros
I honestly can't think of any. Any minor positive at Firefly can A) be found implemented better somewhere else and B) is more than outweighed by the negatives. I highly suggest you look elsewhere as a developer, no matter how experienced or inexperienced you are.
Cons
- No remote work - Very low pay - Development relies on "code monkeys" to keep products built on deprecated technologies going instead of truly investing in experienced developers to push development into the present/future - No senior developers - Culture of sexism - Backwards views permeate management - Management likes to control, gaslight, and pit developers against each other - Unrealistic expectations - Very little organization
