not many,possibly use some benefits, get your foot in the door for some training and move on to bigger and better things

Cons

the pay is low, do not expect any pay increases.....you will not have any backing, there is no teamwork, nobody in the company knows what flatrate times are and they dont know what productivity is unless they get it from district manager.......after more than 10 years with the company, 7 ase certifications i received only 1 pay raise and it wasnt worth it

Best training in the industry, rapid advancement, employees are empowered to handle customer issues.

Cons

An overabundance of redundant, unnecessary reporting and paperwork. Dishonest sales practices are ignored or even rewarded. Mistakes are dealt with through termination. Heavy employee turnover.

It's a paycheck that might pay the bills.

Cons

No work-life balance. Non-store management doesn't seem interested in staffing stores properly yet demands employees and stores be perfect despite severely overworking front office staff. Management doesn't seem to understand that a well-run store requires a staff. Pay is fairly low for the industry and raises don't exist. Techs are extremely underpaid and overworked.
