Pros

They will let you work as much as you want. Even if They do not pay you accordingly. You can make some money. You just have to work long and hard for it.

Cons

It is very difficult to maintain monthly bills, when you are not paid for work when it is completed. Rather, you are paid once the vehicle is picked up. This is stressful, to say the least.

If your a tech on flat rate then theres no max hours you can work, get experience with all kinds of cars, pay is decent if you work at a busy location, ASE certs are paid for

Cons

Minimum hours to be considered full time is 48 hours a week, schedule and days off not consistent, often work 7 days a week, very little training, company not family oriented, not many (or really any) advancement opportunities
