Pros

Good oppurtunity to grow if you want it. Big company so there are places to move if you have the patience to bid your time.

Cons

Long work days with a no thanks kind of attitude. This place is only as good as the store you work in. It can be a childish place at times so if you are a mature adult type this is probablly going to eat at you pretty quickly. Its also heavy in customer service so if you can't deal with people being upset at things you were probablly not respnsible for you wont last long at all.

The company offers purchase programs for numerous retail stores along with cell phone provider discounts and new car purchase discounts. 10% over cost on parts and $25/hr for repairs on your own vehicles.

Cons

GREED! Everyone only cares about surpassing the sales numbers and not about fixing the cars. Hourly wages are 10-15 per hour with48-60 hour work weeks. The Company mandates new credit card applications and threatens suspension if not enough credit cards are activated. The yearly "shuffle" of employees never allows for customer relations
