Excellent leadership, top tier compensation for industry, management that cares for it's employees, flexible with employees, exciting work environment, challenging roles, team environment and excellent benefit package with 401K.

Cons

Advancement opportunities are a challenge, construction/service business can be challenging to maintain a good attitude.
