Pros

People who are passionate about what they do.

Cons

Too many people stick their noses in everyone else's jobs...you hired me for a reason, let me do my job! Hard to get stuff done when everybody's got an opinion that they feel needs to be considered, even when it's something completely outside of their department or particular job. Also, employees are WAY overpaid - the starting pay is high and the increases are frequent and automatic with lush perks and benefits.
