Pros
Many opportunities to move up in the firm are plentiful even with the size of the company. Company promotes from within first. Open door policy with executive management is truly open door. Discussions are made with all parties involved when working on projects. Company culture invites employees to help each other learn. Very advisor/client focused.
Cons
Salaries are average to below average for similar jobs in the area. New upper management at parent firm is slower to respond and work out details of new projects, leaving uncertainty in the air.
