I have built some great relationships with co-workers, both professionally and personally. There is a real sense of teamwork and taking care of each other. Great opportunity for growth and compensation.

Cons

Small company culture and the setting can be unprofessional at times. It’s easy to get comfortable. There also seems to be a lack of consistency.

First Allied is really great at welcoming new employees and helping them to be successful in their new role. Being new to the organization, this was very important to me.

Cons

There are always things you wish were different, but I have not yet witnessed anything that I would comment as a real negative
