upper management does not care what you have to say, the company is run by 6 white males who meet every week and make every single decision, the pay is so low, and the dress code is stuck in the 1950s. If you are a woman or minority-- RUN

If you're the type of person who just wants to get by in life, this is the place for you. Just show up.

Cons

The company offers little in terms of personal and professional growth. Overall, the company is way out of the times and has no sense of the technology growth occurring in the banking industry right now. They say they have the best customer service, but so does every other bank on the block. Overall, the organization is very bureaucratic. Maybe 1 of 10 people I met at the company I was glad to have as a co-worker. Most are miserable and specifically told me they don't like their jobs and wish they had left years ago.
