First American Bank is a great company to be a part of. The onboarding experience was very welcoming and I had no issues with transitioning into my new position. Benefits are great, coworkers are very helpful, and training instructors are very knowledgeable. I recommend First American Bank to those who are looking for a place where they can grow both professionally and personally.

The commercial leadership trainee program is a great way to learn about all facets of the banking industry. The rotational program has allowed me to gain knowledge and experience in the commercial lending department and I would highly recommend this program!

Cons

The job includes a few weeks of travel (which I thoroughly enjoyed) but could be difficult for some.
