      Pros

      First, I had a great experience with the recruitment process, everyone has been so helpful. The company culture feels like a family and everyone is willing to go out of their way to help.

      Pros

      Pay, vacation, executive leadership, specifically the chairman Mr. Wells. Overall financial health and strength of the bank.

      Cons

      Bank offers tailored solutions only inside their predetermined box. Does not work well with small business or borrowers even as a community bank. If your need is <$1,000,000 costs/fees will be high or you’ll be priced out as there is no real interest in the deal unless you are an A++ borrower.
