      Pros

      From closing department end, I have no complaints. Management is great about keeping our team in the loop with any company news or updates. I feel that my supervisor trusts me with my job and overall there is a solid sense of teamwork among my peers.

      Cons

      Benefits are great overall, however I do wish PTO could be used prior to being accrued and then just deducted from our balance once used so we would not have to wait until sufficient hours have accrued to use our time off.

      A couple of good people there

      But Mostly no accountability in teams there, everyone is working with blinders on, if you ask for help on anything you’re working on projects or tasks you get no where fast your left to figure out there antiquated systems on your own.
