      The 6-month Commerical Leadership Training Program is great! I am going on month 4 and have learned so much already. Being someone that did not come from a banking background, this program has well prepared me to dive into the Commercial Lending department with confidence. For anyone looking to get into commercial lending/banking I would highly recommend looking at FAB. The team is very supportive and will always make themselves available to guide you as you grow within the company.

      Located next to the city in Litte Havava. I commute from Cutler Bay, so It's a long drive. But the work from home days really helps!

      A steady paycheck is nice

      Cons

      They were a hometown community bank based out of a midwestern strip mall parking lot, but they received that big corporate tax cut in 2016 and have been riding the corporate train ever since. Long time employees are leaving.
