      Pros

      At first you feel important. Training staff was very friendly, but over states the level of growth, pay, opportunity, and culture.

      Cons

      No room for growth. The environment is completely conservative. Pay was overstated, raises are non-existent, and the culture completely lacks. The training facility is in a strip mall, from day one, I wish I would of known this reflects how conservative upper management is with keeping money to themselves.

      Pros

      You do it all! If starting out in your career in the retail banking enviornment. You do everything! Loans, customer service, teller, retention, remittance, and sales.

      Cons

      The training and benefits are not good! The training is very brief and company does not invest in their employees. The turnover is high in the branches. Not much room for advancement. Have to work almost every weekend!

      Challenging job which allowed me to learn and grow with the bank. Management has been very supportive of career growth and change. Not a lot of layers of management to deal with -

      Cons

      Conservative dress code, not as many benefit choices as larger bank.
