Pros

Good Salary to make up for the horrible benefits, the work load and the on going pressure .

Cons

It is like a revolving door, upper management don't care about the staff. No set goals consistently changing goals with no purpose.. No mission statement ot career development.. Overload of work and no community ties. It is not what you know or do it is who you know. Top performer are not valued.

Pros

Good health insurance and retirement benefits if you work for them at least 6 years.

Cons

Pay was so so, good for start but not for long term career unless you become VP. People were nice but no one motivated to change anything or learn anything new. Just clock in and out attitude.
