- Good culture and work life balance - Leadership is forward thinking and is trying to drive this traditionally non technology oriented enterprise to become a technology first company.

Cons

- large enterprice, if you are trying to get things done at a large scale good luck cutting through the red tape. - a lot of the offshore teams handling IT and administrative tasks are incompitent
