Their "People First" motto isn't true

Pros

Mostly good people. Fair money for most positions. Solid work-life balance.

Cons

Inconsistent messages from higher ups. When they determine you are not necessary, the "People First" concept goes out the window. As other reviewers have said, they do it suddenly, without humanity (crappy severance too), and don't answer your questions after they can you. New CEO Seaton went all-in with AI, which led to the layoffs of a number of people. That, by definition, is NOT People First. In fact, it's ruined many former employees' lives. There was no effort to retrain or move people to other positions once they decided to use a computer instead of a human.

Good performing, public traded company. ESOP on offer Good other benfits like 401k, medical, dental, vision. Remote work option. Company sends you the devices (laptop, monitors) to your address.

Cons

No work-life balance. Very less scope of career advancements. No freedom of opinions. Daily late-night calls with offshore. Miniscule bonus, if eligible.
