Business Outlook
Pros
Being someone that works in the back offices I rarely have any interactions with customers and the interactions I do have all take place via email. I love my department and the people I work with on a daily basis are pretty relaxed.
Cons
We get emails from our CEO at least once per quarter congratulating all of the loan officers for their achievements but many people I talk with daily hold a lot of resentment when we see those emails (same goes for the Zoom meetings we get invited to). Those of us working in the back offices feel very left out and almost forgotten, especially those of us who never got the option to work from home during COVID-19 and had to come into the office every day.
