      Pros

      Great leaders. Expect hard work but also receive appreciation. Departments work good together. Fun events in building. Much nicer to not be in downtown St. Louis.

      Cons

      If you don't like a lot change or hard work, you will not want to be here. Some supervisors are better than others. No work out area.

      Pros

      They make sure you are trained really well before they let you do the job by yourself. They don't like gossip. Everyone very friendly. If you smoke, they allow you two smoke breaks as well as lunch. If you make an error, they will pull you into an office to discuss it rather than telling you at your desk, while the whole department listens. Good communication.

      Cons

      Ran out of work and expected to stay until your shift ended (most of the time for 2 hours).
