The small atmosphere can be very enjoyable.

Cons

Employees constantly talk negatively about customers once they leave offices or after phone calls. Inside the bank there was a substantial amount of gossip and negativity directed at fellow employees and especially the management.

Great customers! Individuals seeking this banking establishment enjoy that small town banking feel and tend to bring that small town charm with them.

Cons

Everything that doesn't involve dealing solely with customer assistance was a con. From management to the lack of procedural structure- I would never make the choice to work here again.

Pay was decent and time off was okay not as great as they make it out to be.

Cons

MANAGEMENT. This whole company is like a cult. "Culture" this "culture" that. Its all about who you know and dont expect upper management to correct their branch managers because they will just tell you they are the best manager ever. Manager was a sad excuse for a leader didnt want to be bothered with managing her staff or knowing the own company systems. Its all about popularity and sucking up to management and telling them theyre right. If you dont they will make your life HELL and hide it behind a smile saying maybe theyre just too "direct" dont expect any help and if youre fine with doing all the work and not questioning things then go for it.
