      Good Hard Working Staff - Not Competitive with Compensation

      Pros

      Individuals and Teams in the organization seem to want to do the right thing. Lots of longevity in back office staff which reflects loyalty.

      Cons

      Do not pay their individual contributors and front line managers enough. Executive salaries are large but it does not translate to the folks who do the daily work. Annual salary increases do not seem to be tied to any sort of performance evaluation. Bonuses for those who are eligible seem to be subjective.
