      great company to work for, felt like family, loved my job

      Cons

      manager was incompetent, when I brought concerns about manager to management above him they did not do anything, no support from leadership when issues arose.

      Fellow teammates are nice and helpful Decent amount of time off

      Cons

      Low compensation To get promoted, got to be buddy buddy with upper management. Management and HR don't seem interested in your problems if it doesn't directly concern them. Low raises and low bonuses (If you get one)
