      Stable financials so no threat of layoff. Beginning to offer some bonuses

      Cons

      Management has become disconnected from the work force while they focus more and more on M&A. Declining investment and prioritization of Digital channels Multiple Marketing departments that don’t work together.

      Pros

      Work and life balance far excels over other places I've worked. I feel supported by management and feel as if they are interested in learning about how best my skills can contribute to Bank goals. I feel like a member of a cohesive team! (By the way, CEO Frank Holding is the most genuine and thoughtful man you'll meet in a comparable role!)

      Cons

      The culture is slow to change, but change is not slow in coming. Learning to adapt is happening faster and faster by necessity.
