      Pros

      Everyone is like family for the most part because many of the employees have been with the company for many years. You do not have to have a degree to get the job.

      Cons

      They let some people manage that should not. They say that they hire within but often don’t. You can be moved around to other branches if they need you somewhere else.

      Pros

      The set hours and holidays off are a huge plus to this job. I believe that the training that is offered is very good at helping you have the knowledge to succeed. In a year, I've gotten to try out various responsibilities behind the teller line, including being the vault teller for an extended amount of time. Depending on the coworkers, you can have a great time or you can be counting the hours until the day is over.

      Cons

      Politics can greatly influence the treatment of employees. One employee can also be held to different standards than their peers. I've occasionally been the teller doing most of the transactions on the teller line while coworkers were doing other things on their computer rather than helping clients. This happens too frequently in my opinion.
