First Citizens Bank reviews

The bank is incredibly worried about the bottom line (as they should be), however often times the "little people" get lost in the shuffle. The company is growing and employees are increasingly undervalued. The benefits are standard for the banking industry, but there are little additional perks or incentives for employees.

Low compensation and when I say low, I mean the lowest in the Financial Advisor industry. If you see good reviews on here, most of them are over a year old... And that is for a reason. Management are bullies, there is rarely any recognition for work well done. A very hostile work environment. I have been here a little over a year and I say with confidence that this is the worst management team I have ever seen. If you have another opportunity take it...
