      Pros

      Steady work clean environment room to advance if thats what you are looking to do with branches every where. Over all a good place to work

      Cons

      Need more front line employees to take care of customers. Saturdays required. Long hours some days. Management just needs to be aware of whats going on

      Pros

      Great benefits and paid time off.

      Cons

      Plan to spend at least 43 hours a week at this bank. With the early meetings and long work hours. If you do go over 40 hours , you are required to take an hour and half lunch breaks. There is no coming in late or leaving early. Also, must work around other branches when scheduling pto.

      Pros

      The past and benefits were head and shoulders above competition. They have a strong corporate culture. You have to "drink the koolaid" to survive.... But it is a good culture. If you want to grow and develop as a banker there is opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      They want the best so sometimes (ie. Commercial loan officers) they will not hire junior associates internally over experienced external candidates.
