      Good Benefits, Fair PTO policy, excellent products.

      Cons

      monthly goals, you can be on top one month and treated like you're about to be fired the next even though you are on track for the year. Extremely stressful and poor middle management structure. 100% of goal is considered bare minimum, you aren't considered a good performer unless you are at 140% of your goals.
