      Pros

      For the most part the team is great to work with. They are helpful and always ready to lend their knowledge to work through a problem. Even before Covid-19 the ability to work from home is a great benefit.

      Cons

      Being sorely under staffed means working 10+ hours daily and sometimes on Saturdays and still you fall behind with your work. The supervisor although willing to cross train on multiple areas of the department has unfortunately shown that she is unwilling to help you grow out of the department and into a new position to expand your role in the company.

      Pros

      I learned a lot about financial services there, enjoyed my team.

      Cons

      I wish they would've handled the pandemic better. I felt like they didn't care about their employees being in the frontlines and instead of hazard pay or anything reassuring, we got water bottles and a hat. We were told to be happy we had a job.
