      Pros

      Many friendly individuals work here, and most teams are incredibly easy to work with. Teams typically put a lot of consideration into personality when hiring. The work environment is nice, and when covid hit, we were granted full comfort to work from home and continue to be offered such.

      Cons

      Politics sometimes clouds best judgement. Work can get a little demanding when there are critical priorities (it is a bank, after all).
