Pros

Nice branches. Money is no object to them. People don't matter though, just their image. The company as a whole is probably very good, but my experience at this particular branch was awful.

Cons

Very little direction or training from the moment I was hired yet I was expected to be perfect at all aspects of the position, at all times, with no support from my manager. There was blatant favoritism towards established employees that I could never overcome no matter how nice I was to them. Passive aggressive behavior, employees I supervised were allowed to ignore & disrespect me & receive no disciplinary action, but I would be written up for absolutely anything they could think of. This place was corrupt & friendship was the top priority, not work. Also, incredibly boring & lonely. No one to talk to except the 2 or 3 people in the branch that you had better really, really like or your days are numbered. Typical day was sitting in front of a computer for 8 hours, seeing maybe 5 customers all day, and being forced to make cold calls, which were completely useless and never discussed as part of the position in the interview or training process. If you can fake being fascinated by people's boring lives, be willing to sit on your butt all day being feeling lonely & not learning anything, and eat lunch with your co-workers rather than get out of the branch for some fresh air & exercise, this is the place for you.
