      Pros

      Work environment is generally comfortable with good benefits and job expectations are clearly outlined.

      Cons

      Mobility and salary are both issues. It can be easy to "plug-in" to a role and then silo. A rotational program would be beneficial with the opportunity to try out different roles. While benefits are good, salary is well below what expertise should demand. Bank culture is a real thing. The sales drive can pressure others to be inconsiderate with the sole focus on surviving the next quarter.

      -11 days PTO -Remote -401k match up to 6% and added 3% after 1 year with the company

      Cons

      -Toxic work environment, my supervisor is absent and other employees designated to train and teach do neither, then they lie and start rumors to try to protect themselves, insider threat team was my team, supervisor very knit picky and always on a power trip, feels like working in a dictatorship. -Low salary, under market -Very unorganized, total dumpster fire

      Pros

      flexible schedule. if you have a good supervisor it makes all the difference here. Most are not though. You will only get promoted in any bank line if you are not that successful. Very successful employees are threat to middle management and you will be rode hard until you leave.

      Cons

      Very toxic middle management in all lines of business. Unbelievably poor hires in wealth and bank leadership that it is almost comical. Leadership in wealth has turned over so much that anyone that is strong and qualified will not apply anymore.
